Ειδικότερα, οι χρήστες αδυνατούν να κλείσουν τις συνομιλίες τους στο Messenger σε ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές. Αντίθετα, η λειτουργία αυτή στις κινητές συσκευές – τηλέφωνα και τάμπλετ- εκτελείται κανονικά.
Ορισμένοι χρήστες έχουν αναφέρει αδυναμία σύνδεσης και στον λογαριασμό τους.
